I just stopped my daily work to sit back and just be for a few minutes. Took a few deep breaths to calm my mind and to be more present. By doing this it allowed me to become more grounded and aware. Then I started to think about what I was grateful for the day. Waking up in the morning feeling happy, beautiful sunshine, fresh air, my great health, a cup of yummy tea, my eyes, wonderful friendships, etc. When I am in this state, feeling appreciation for so many little and big things and people in my life, my heart feels full. I truly believe I can only give and contribute when my heart is full to the brim.
