Why Most People Die Before Age 25
I did listen to this twice and in fact I may make it my morning inspiration every day.
I feel grateful for everything I have in my life right now.
I also know that it is time to step up and live my life in my terms. It scares me and I guess it scares you too...but what is the alternative? Slowly fading away in spirit.....
The choice is yours and mine.
Much love to you, my Friend.

From Buddha
“To
keep the body in good health is a duty, otherwise we shall not be able to keep
our mind strong and clear.” – Buddha
I love the above image as it explains very simply how everything is connected. Without a healthy body it can be challenging to have a clear mind and healthy spiritual life. To keep it in balance I start my morning with a big glass of water, meditate, exercise, say my gratitude and read something that sets me up feeling bright and shiny, full of positivity. And of course the best superfood smoothie for breakfast every day.
What do you do to bring mind, body and spirit into balance?

[Motivation] 'Les Brown' - Never Give Up, You Have a Passion Fight for I...
What can I say? Are you really going for it with your every fiber of your body and mind?
I know there are times when I fall behind. When I feel I could have done better. When I feel the passion is not there anymore because I listen to my crazy mind chatter of mediocrity. So what? If I beat myself over it, is it better? Of course not. So I am leaning to dust myself down and get up with a smile and an inner knowing that it is possible and I can do it.
How are you doing on your journey? I would love to hear from you so we can learn and support each other.

Do You Live in the No-Choice Universe?
Do you ever really long for something, and then when you get it you're not so sure that you want it anymore?
This happened to me recently.
Something I've been asking to show up in my life for a while did. To begin with I was really excited about all the possibilities and opportunities it could create in my world. But then somewhere the energy became funky... Now for me what that means is that something had shifted, it was no longer feeling light or exciting, but I wasn't quite sure what it was. It felt heavy.
OK, so I knew there was something going on here. I just didn't know what. What was confusing me was this was something that I had really really wanted!
My thoughts began to become more and more curious to me - almost like I knew they didn't belong to me, except there they were in my head...
Nothing was shifting the energy. And then by asking the questions that create magic I got the awareness. I had gone to live in the no choice universe. I just hadn't realised it.
So what is the no-choice universe?
Well in the no choice universe you only get to choose something once and then you have to see it through, do it, stick with it regardless and you cannot change it.
Doesn't really sound like so much fun?
I had made a choice and then somewhere I had unconsciously decided and concluded that I couldn't change my mind or choose something else. As soon as I remembered that I could choose today and then again tomorrow I was back to the excitement and wonder and possibility.
And the only thing that had changed was how I was seeing it.
So where in your life are you living in the no-choice universe?
Is it the job you have decided you cannot leave?
Or maybe the relationship that makes you miserable but you feel you cannot leave?
Or the business you want to close?
Or the person you keep saying yes to because you feel you can't say no.
Living in the land of choice is about fun and possibility and expansion. While the no choice universe is all about necessity and contraction.
Eckhart Tolle says, It is not the event that creates our experience, but how we view the event.
So if this is you ask yourself what else is possible? If I was truly choosing for me what would I choose?
Once you have the awareness you can choose with more awareness. Change is always possible. Always. We live in a world of infinite choice. And here's the thing. There is always choice. Always. And choosing the no-choice universe is still a choice. Yip, strange but true.

LIFE CHANGING MOTIVATIONAL VIDEO
I get it guys.
It can be scary to ask and go after what you truly want because it is not the norm and you are outside of your comfort zone. However the magic happens out there once you let all your fears, resentments and expectation disappear.
Love yourself all the way on your journey of transformation.
You are worthy and deserve it.
So am I.

Are Your Thoughts Doing You Any Favors?
It was Norman Vincent Peale who said "Change your thoughts and you change your world"
There's no shortage of advice on how to change your thoughts, mind-set, perception or even the way your brain is wired; on the internet, in books, seminars, courses and workshops.
This is all fine and good. But whether they work or not hinges on the fact that change must come from within and anything otherwise is considered coercion.
Our thoughts are the result of a constant ebb and flow between the conscious and unconscious mind. They give rise to our emotions and dictate how we feel. They are powerful beyond measure.
It is our thoughts about a person, event or situation that upset us long after they have gone. The question is; do we let our thoughts control us or are we aware of them? Do we stop to think about our thoughts and where they are coming from?
Are they coming from our egos or voices from the past - perhaps the voices of our mother, father, teacher, sibling or friend? Are they stored neatly away in compartments or just scattered in any which way?
In the course of one of my programs I met a lady who was in her 40's. She had everything going for her but she said she sabotaged herself and usually didn't achieve her goals. Through the course we found that she did all the right things but the sabotage only came at the end.
In the course of questioning her we realized it was a voice that was stopping her. When asked "whose voice is it?" she looked at me in horror and burst out in tears saying "oh my God it's my mother's voice." Her mother had put her down from a child and told her she would amount to nothing.
As soon as she realized that same old voice was playing in her mind she wondered why she had not picked this simple point up herself. I got her to play a game of changing her mother's voice to Donald Duck's voice. She was in stitches in seconds and said that simple strategy would work. For her a little thing like changing her internal dialogue was enough to change her life around. Her mother's voice had been muted.
I came across a very interesting method years ago in an article by author Caroline Myss. She talked about a man named Willie Smith who practised 21-day negativity fasts. Willie Smith was a drug dealer turned minister and gym trainer.
He strived consciously to refrain from thinking negative thoughts and instead practiced gratitude, breathing, walking away from stressful situations and meditation. He countered any arising negativity with positive affirmations or inspiring quotes, which he carried around with him. Now that certainly took a lot of effort and commitment. I personally prefer to work with the strategy of what's not working and blow it out like I did with the lady.
Identifying limiting beliefs is another way to recognise negative thought patterns, which hold us back from life. We are often oblivious to the unhelpful thoughts that drive us. These usually emerge in patterns - the same thoughts over and over again or thoughts that connect together in a story.
In order to identify the pattern it is helpful to write your driving thoughts down on a piece of paper. Over time a pattern emerges and helps you identify the source of the thought pattern. Getting rid of these driver beliefs connected to our thoughts is then easy.
Even seemingly successful and emotionally healthy people may find a thought or two that does not serve them. Some common limiting beliefs that stop people from moving to the next level in life are "I'm not good/attractive/interesting/smart/rich enough" or "I'm shy" are among an endless array.
Another great way to observe and identify our thought patterns is meditation. This age old practice allows us to improve our focus by watching our thoughts as they come and go.
Most people are on autopilot and this does not augur well for introspection. You'll be amazed at the number of people who are unleashing their full potential and changing mindsets just from a simple thing like identifying their driver thought patterns and changing them.
Ultimately it does not matter how you choose to harness your thoughts and make them work for you. The important step is that you do it.

Are You Building Your Dreams?
Are You Building Your Dream or Someone Else's?
We have a finite amount of time. We may lose all of our money, all of our possessions and even some of the people who seem so vital and important to us now. To a certain extent, we can get back our money, our stuff and even make new friends and create newer and stronger relationships, but we can never get our time back.
When you really stop to think about that statement, how does it make you feel? Do you feel panicked? Guilty? Perhaps a statement such as the one above actually motivates you into some sort of action.
I opened up with this statement about time to describe something else, something similar. It has to do with your dreams, with your goals. Are you working towards those dreams and goals right now? Are you pushing forward past all of the difficulties of the day to at least take one single step closer to building the life that you long for or are you waking up everyday, getting into your car for a mad dash to the office in order to make sure that someone else is living the lifestyle that they dream of?
Hard question, I know, but one that should be asked from time to time. I mean, let's face it, often times we get so wrapped up in what we have to do rather than what we might want to be doing with our time and like I said at the beginning of this article, our time is limited.
So what steps do we need to take to be able to walk away from this trap we call modern living? I've made a list of a few things that you may want to consider.
1) Decide what you want
While deciding what you want may sound easy, so many people out there in the world know more about what they do not want rather than what they actually do want. Take time to figure out what it is that you dream of. How do you see your life a year from now, five years from now... five minutes from now?
Are you going to continue to coast through your life without giving any real thought as to what you may want for yourself professionally or personally. Are you existing or are you living? The choice is yours and determining what your want in life about is a great step forward.
2) Take Action
If you have an idea of what and where you want to be in this life, do something about it! Take action... now!
People procrastinate for a number of reasons, but one of the biggest reasons is out of fear or pain. We are scared of the possibility of failure and rejection. Understand that no one that has ever been successful has not gone through a struggle to reach their goals. That is part of life and a part of success.
Many times you will hear motivational or inspirational mentors discuss their own difficulties in achieving their goals and finding the success that everyone else associates them with. Almost every single person on the face of the earth that has ever been successful has also failed, sometimes numerous times!
Remember that while "Babe" Ruth held the home run record for decades, he also held the strike out record as well. You can't hit a home run without swinging your bat!
3) Find a Mentor
No matter what you want to do with your life, chances are that someone has done it or something like it before you. Model their behavior, copy the moves that they made to reach the level of success you are looking for! There is no reason that you have to make the same mistakes.
If you are looking to build a business online then find someone who has built that business or a similar business online and pick their brain. Most often you will find that those that are successful will have no problem spending a few minutes to answer some of your questions. Send them an email or give them a phone call. Be heard!
4) Set Goals
Set your goals. No matter what your dreams, you need to have some sort of standard or goal that you can reach. Make sure that you don't set things too high, especially at first. Start small. As you begin to achieve little victories, you can change your goals and raise the bar on your standards.
Remember, even taking the smallest steps towards a goal is much better than doing nothing at all. If all you do is take one step a day, that's still 365 steps towards what it is that you wish to achieve. Little goals add up. Don't get overwhelmed with the thought of having to do it all at once. Make sure that your goals are attainable.
5) Read
All readers may not be leaders, but all leaders are readers. Make sure that you find "good" books to read. You can either spend your time on the latest romance or spy novel, but that will probably not get you where you want to be in terms of the realization of your goals or dreams.
Once again, you don't have to read a chapter a day, but read a few pages. In his book, The Slight Edge, author Jeff Olson discusses reading just 10 pages a day. According to Mr. Olson's calculations, reading just ten pages a day will equal about ten book per year, on average. This is huge. In ten years that is one hundred books!
If you have a busy schedule, then get audio books. Download the books to your phone and listen to them through out the day. If you are stuck in traffic, what better way to spend your time is there? Always look to improve yourself... reading is a great place to start.
6) Believe - Have Faith
Belief and faith are two different things, but they go hand in hand.
Believing that you are capable of something can be a sad struggle for many. Start by creating a vision of where you want to be (this should be done when figuring out what it is that you want in the first place).
Once you have this vision, see yourself over and over achieving that goal. See yourself in that dream home, walking around the house, looking at the rooms, the amenities. See your successful business. See yourself in that office, sitting in the overstuffed chair behind the huge oak desk. Do you have a view? If so, what is the view of. Make this vision as real as possible then take the action necessary to start realizing that vision... that is where the faith comes into play. Without faith that you can achieve, you will never leave the couch. Get out and just do it!

While there are many other items that I can add here, the list above provides a good start. The most important thing is that you take that action, get started today, get started right now. Remember, it's your life and you are the one that has to live it and it might work out better for you if you go ahead and live it the way that you want. Start living your dream today if only in your mind's eye. With enough time and enough action you will realize those dreams and manifest them in the real world tomorrow.

Alignment in the New Consciousness
At times our lives can be extremely challenging. We may feel frustrated, depressed, and even fearful. In the midst of such challenges, we may wonder how to live a more balanced life. One key to remember is that all of our experiences lead us to the next step on our spiritual journey. Indeed, it is important for us to understand that we already have all that we truly need to take our next steps into alignment.
Alignment in life means that we are balanced throughout our mind, body and spirit. This is important because when we are not in balance we are stressed, and long-term stress ultimately leads to disease.
So, how do we shift our lives into balance? One way to begin is by living intuitively and trusting our guidance. In working with clients and supporting the development of intuition, I often remind them that there will be times when guidance takes us into situations in which we may not feel comfortable at first. However, this is all part of learning to trust.
Recently, I was guided to leave my well-settled, very comfortable and familiar life in Vermont and move to Alaska. Many, including my family, thought I had gone off the deep end in a traditional mid-life crisis! After 30 years in Vermont, did I really want to leave my life and holistic practice to go - where?! As I packed up my life and sold my house, I discovered that I had many fears to release. I wondered why I was called to Alaska, and how I would come to be in balance and aligned in such a different lifestyle so far away. As time went on, however, I realized that I needed to go beyond my comfort zone, to stretch myself in both my faith and alignment.
Our inner soul searching will always take us where we need to go. It doesn't support us to skip over our lessons, or go around them. For each lesson reveals the next rung on the ladder of our spiritual path. In working with clients, I sometimes feel their urge to hurry through a particular lesson, especially when it is challenging. I remind them that a soul lesson is here until we learn it. Only then will it be released. If it is not released, it will come around again in a new form.
Joy comes in finding that when we make aligned changes in our life we are provided for. Each time I have taken a deep plunge into the unknown I realized later that it was the dive that was the scary part-not the unknown. Of course, the first step into the unknown is never easy; it can be terrifying. But this is how we make the next shifts in our consciousness: by letting go of our fears and taking the plunge into the new.
Shifts into deeper soul alignment often have a quality of inner release. The rational mind does not have a major role in this. Instead, alignment may come in meditation or by sitting quietly, in letting messages come through to our conscious mind, and in relying and acting on the messages that speak to our intuition.
As you take steps to align on deeper levels, the results may be felt in your body. You will become more peaceful, experience less stress, and have a desire to take better care of yourself with diet, exercise and meditation. You may notice how you are more relaxed and full of positive energy. Unhealthy situations or people will either change or be released from your life. You may find yourself changing careers, friends, spouses, hobbies. As you see the shifts in yourself-and as others begin to notice-you will begin to trust more in the process. Always remember that you are never given more than you can handle, or anything that you cannot do.
The alignment of consciousness is not so much about what we do, but about how we feel. It is not what job we do; it is how we feel when we do it. It's not whom we connect with; it's how we feel when we connect with that person. When we are living with joy and passion, we are in alignment; we feel alive and energized; our lives are running smoothly and effortlessly; and we teach others simply by being who we are how to live joyfully.
Joy is our choice!

A Key To Success - Gratitude!
Have you become so 'busy' in life that you are overlooking all the blessings that you have? I know that many people are just too busy running from one life event to another to even stop and notice a beautiful sunset - a smile on someone's face - enjoy a fabulous meal.
How has it happened that we have become 'that' person? One of my observations is that we have become, as entrepreneurs, so goal-oriented that we move through our successes too quickly. We have our eye on the next thing, and then the next thing.
One habit that I have developed over the years, that has contributed to my success, is to keep weekly Success Cards and, most certainly, to complete my Gratitude Journal each and every night. I firmly believe that these habits have kept me focused both in the good times and in the bad times.
What I want to focus on in this article is to encourage each and every one of you to just stop what you are doing right now (because I trust that as you are reading this article, you are probably also multi-tasking!!) - so, STOP THAT - and pay attention.
Let's keep this really simple as we head into a weekend of Thanksgiving. Stop right now and make a list of 10 things/people for which/for whom we are grateful. Stop and really reflect on what you are writing and see what a difference this makes in your thinking, in your energy and in your movements going forward.
A HABIT TO DEVELOP
My 'Top 10" list of gratitude as I write this:
- The tickets my brother got for me this past weekend to see Man of La Mancha at the theatre. Awesome musical!
- My team - who, for the past month, in particular, have gone above and beyond the call of duty to support me in getting ready for our big Wealth Makers Toronto event in October.
- The beautiful fall weather we are experiencing - fresh air, beautiful and colorful leaves on the ground and crisp MacIntosh apples. Yum!
- A new menu - I change my menu with the seasons - time for some comfort food.
- A good night's sleep with open windows!
- My favorite TV show - 'Dancing with the Stars' - love that the new season is on. It brings me great joy and relaxation to watch this.
- The start-up of our Bible Study group; love when we get together once a week to pray, reflect, study and share.
- My neighbor, Mike - who takes such good care of all my lawn and house maintenance - time for winter preparation!
- Unexpected calls on a Sunday afternoon from my girlfriends on the west coast.
- Texts at night from my grand-daughter Heather - that I get just before I go to sleep. Love her so much! SHMILY!
Your turn! What are you grateful for today? If you notice, above, there are not too many work-related items. I recognize that to have a happy and successful business, I need to be a happy person in my own life. And so do you!
"If the only prayer you ever say in your entire life is THANK YOU, it will be enough!" - Meister Eckhart
Pat Mussieux is fast becoming regarded as a highly valued Canadian mentor for women entrepreneurs taking her own business from zero to a multiple 6-figure home-based business in less than 4 years. Much of her success can be attributed to her expertise in marketing, mindset and money!

BE UNIQUE - Motivational video
So if NO ONE is like you, why do we compare and judge in 2014?
Greatness is within every single one of us, I believe it is time to realise it and do something about it.
Imagine, if every single one of us on this beautiful planet would wake up one morning knowing that we have everything already within us to create a world where everyone is happy, everyone is joyful, everyone is here for the betterment of every living being.
We can learn from the uniqueness of each other to create "miracles".
And the great news is that finally science is catching up with all this so even the skeptics can rethink their thinking. :-)
The future is truly exciting....... you dream it..........you create it........we create it.
What can you add with your uniqueness to this world?

Envisioning Success: Using the Power of Imagination
Volumes have been written in recent years about the power of visualization, which in actuality has been utilized by countless people throughout the ages by everyone from Aristotle to Tiger Woods. Centuries ago Aristotle said "... The soul cannot think without pictures. The reasoning mind thinks in the form of images... As the mind determines the objects it should pursue or avoid in terms of these images, even in the absence of sensation, it is stimulated to action when occupied with them."
The concept of creative visualization gained momentum after the movie The Secret came out. In that movie Denis Waitley, PhD, a noted psychologist, states that he was inspired by the visualization process used by the Apollo Mission, and during the 1980s and 1990s he used that technique in the Olympics program. It was called Visual Motor Rehearsal.
According to Waitley, "When you visualize, then you materialize. And the interesting thing about the mind is... we took Olympic athletes, and then hooked them up to sophisticated biofeedback equipment, and had them run their event only in their mind. Incredibly, the same muscles fired in the same sequence when they were running the race in their mind as when they were running on the track. How could this be? Because the mind cannot distinguish whether you're really doing it, or whether it's just a practice. I believe if you've been there in the mind, you'll go there in the body too."
And that is the crux of it. The mind does not know the difference between reality and imagination. If you can see it clearly you have the ability to make it happen. Everything that has ever been created by humans began first in someone's mind.
Visualization is similar to daydreaming. In both processes you create imaginary mental images, but the difference between visualization and daydreaming is intent. Daydreaming allows your mind to wander at will, but when you visualize and focus on something specific you are putting intention behind it. It is the intention that creates the energy that creates the attraction. The attraction starts the action that produces the manifestation.
There are numerous accounts of how the power of visualization has been used to create success, even in seemingly impossible situations. An excellent example is the story of Air Force Colonel George Hall, who was captured during the Viet Nam War and spent seven grueling years as a POW locked in the dark box of a North Vietnamese prison. He loved golf, and to help him get through his ordeal, every day he envisioned himself playing a full 18 holes. He would choose his club accordingly, walk through the motions and see himself in top physical condition. Throughout his imprisonment he held fast to the belief that the first thing he would do when he got home was to play a good game of golf. The result? One week after he was released from his POW camp he entered the Greater New Orleans Open and shot a 76.
Another powerful story is that of Vera Fryling, M.D., a Jewish teenager on the run from the Gestapo, who lived undercover in Berlin during the Holocaust. During this time she sustained her hope and courage by steadfastly seeing herself as a doctor and a psychiatrist in a free land. After escaping the Nazis and the Soviet army and after a bout with cancer, Fryling became a member of the faculty of the San Francisco Medical School. "Imagination," she says, "can help one transcend the insults life has dealt us."
A more recent example of envisioning success happened in 2007 when, before the season began, University of Florida head football coach, Urban Meyer, gave each new player a photograph of five rings. The photo was of 4 Southeastern Conference championship rings and one national title ring. Meyer told his new players to focus on these rings because that was the goal they were aiming for. After the team experienced its first loss of the season, a situation that usually eliminates most teams from playing toward the national championship, Meyer did not waver. Instead, he chose to keep his team focused on their ultimate goal and gave his team a card on which to concentrate. On one side was a photo of a national championship ring and on the other was a motivating quote from former Heisman Trophy winner, Danny Wuerffel. The result? The University of Florida beat Ohio State 41-14 in the NCAA national championship football game. Another surprising outcome of that same game involved University of Florida quarterback, Chris Leak, who completed almost 70% of his passes for 212 yards, one touchdown and no interceptions. Leak attributed much of his performance to something he did during the week prior to the game--he decided to borrow a national championship ring from a player from the 1996 winning Florida team. He said that he wanted to know what it felt like to wear it, which he said intensified his focus on the desired outcome.
While the power of visualization has been proven over and over, it's also a fact that it doesn't always work. The message of The Secret was quite simple-to activate the Law of Attraction we need only envision what we want, ask for it, believe that we already have it, and then stand by to receive it. While this sounds good in theory it is not always true in fact. Why is that so? There are several ways to short-circuit the process:
Not knowing what we really want
It is generally easier to identify what we don't want than what we do, but for visualization to work we must be absolutely specific. In our imagination we must be able to see, feel, smell, taste or otherwise experience it with one or more of our senses. If we cannot accurately envision what we want we are certain not to get it.
Interference from programmed beliefs
Many people go through life believing they are undeserving and unworthy, thus they broadcast conflicting messages: "Yes I want this, but I don't deserve it." "Yes I want this but I am unworthy of having it." The result is a big disconnect.
Doubt also interferes. We live in an era of instant gratification, so if what we are asking for doesn't materialize on our time schedule, it is easy to start believing it won't come at all. But the minute we start doubting, we short-circuit the whole process.
Then there is the belief that we must "do" something. To one degree or another we are controlling and have been conditioned to think that if we just push or pull hard enough we can make things happen a little faster. It is uncomfortable for us to simply stand by and do nothing-we feel compelled to "help" things along. Yet the minute we do that we are imposing conditions and limitations and not allowing things to happen in their own time or in their own way.
Inability to receive
It follows that if we believe we are undeserving and unworthy it will be difficult to accept freely, graciously and with gratitude. Thus if we are ever to have what we want we must first overcome our inability to receive it.
Using the power of your mind is not the only tool for success, but it is one of the best. Combined with steadfast belief, a positive mind-set and perseverance, skillful use of your imagination can give you a competitive edge that will help you achieve almost anything you want.

The Key To Improving Mindset
Being a successful person is something that many of us seek out in our lives. What makes the difference between those who come out on top and those who continue to miss the mark? Is it education or life style? Is there some 5 step program that you can follow to get there? Can success be learned or is it a product of breeding? There are so many questions people have in regards to achieving the brass ring. We all want to get ahead and make that difference.
The reality of it all is that each and every one of us is born with the potential to be great and achieve success beyond our wildest dreams. What holds us back is our perspective about who we are and who we are meant to be. Perspective or mindset is such a powerful tool to achieving success and can also be a massive deterrent to success. Many people do not even realize that they are the ones holding themselves back from achieving greatness.
When I speak of "mindset" I am not only speaking of your conscious outlook on life but even more important is how you feel in that very moment. Having a sense of joy and energy in every moment as you progress through your day. This seems simple but it is very difficult. The purpose of maintaining joy and in turn a high level of energy is to bring forth the situations that you need to address in order to make the changes you need in life. Let me give you an example.
When you are going through your day and your energy is high and you feel joy, watch for little indicators. If you encounter someone and you feel that energy drop, you find yourself feeling uncomfortable or you judge that person, this is an important moment. The drop in energy is a sign or hint that something about that person triggers a hidden belief you have. It can be as simple as how someone is dressed or the colour of the person's hair that will bring forth the trigger. What makes this so important to recognize is that when your energy is lowered you are not in your optimal state of achievement.
Now the fortunate thing is that this is an unconscious choice that your body is making to react to a situation. This is fortunate because as you know if it is a choice to have low energy then you can choose to have high energy as well. This takes practice and will feel strange at first but you will become accustom to maintaining a high level of energy all the time. As you move through your day keep the joy energy high in your body. When this energy is lowered, which will happen because you are human, choose to bring it back up. You will experience awkwardness but don't be alarmed this is normal. Keep practicing each day and like all things it will become easier.
The great thing about this practice is you don't need to let anyone know you are doing it. In fact I would stress not to let anyone know as you want to experience the opportune moments of energy dropping for yourself. It is the best way to learn how to create a new mindset of success. Also, remember to be compassionate with yourself and when it is needed give yourself a break. You will deserve it.
True success is not a gamble or game of chance. Others around you will always have reasons to doubt their abilities and potential. They lack the skills and understanding to truly make sustainable changes. Success is a complete change in perspective and orientation.
